USER RESEARCH
We started with researching about needs and pain points of the clients who use the BodyQ App’s dashboard. We also discussed the used cases and understand the requirements.
Key points from the user research:
The dashboard is not intuitive
Users were looking for the dashboard which has all the necessary information easily displayed
It’s hard to find the product and its detailed information
